Through our experience in management, marketing, sales, administration, and various other areas of business, we aim to be that catalyst.

Omazing Consulting specializes in SMEs, focusing on their specific challenges, and building and implementing strategic solutions for them. While we specialize in companies within the retail industry, we are experienced in the education, construction, manufacturing, and hospitality industries.
We hold a special space for new business owners and young entrepreneurs, as we believe youth should not merely be seen as an indicator of lack of experience and ability, but rather of willingness and energy.

Omar S. E. Azan
Founder
Omar studied Business at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, Barbados. While studying he worked as a Management Trainee in a family business, Alamac Group of Companies. There he tempered his academic education with practical applications of sales & marketing, distribution, administration, and even manufacturing.
Moving to Jamaica in 2008, Omar took up the position of Logistics & Operations Officer from 2008 to 2013, then Marketing & Public Relations Manager from 2013 till 2022 at Bashco Trading Company. He also functioned as Marketing Manager for Cost Club Limited from 2015 to 2018.

Omar is a businessman, musician, event host, TV personality, and family man - not necessarily in that order.
​
After working in Jamaica and Barbados in the retail and distribution sectors for over 15 years, Omar saw an opportunity to work with numerous companies, offering his skill, expertise, and experiences.
Omazing Consulting is to be the start of his personal family legacy, and the furtherance of a dream his late father, Elias Azan, had for him.
OUR TEAM
The "O!" Logo may be seen as a contradiction of terms by some.

The design clearly draws from comic book inspirations - an area usually kept far from business dealings.

But Omar has never been one for conventional definitions.
